Servings: 18
Prep time: 15 minutes
Down time: 1 hour
Storage: Refrigerate
You will need
• 3 large spinach wraps (I prefer Mission brand)
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
• 1 small red pepper, finely diced
• ¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• Food picks or skewers
To begin, finely dice the red pepper.
Make sure the cream cheese is very soft for easier spreading.
Mix the cream cheese and ranch seasoning together.
Then divide between 3 wraps, and gently spread. Across. You can leave a bit off on the sides.
Sprinkle cheese evenly between the 3 wraps, then follow with diced red pepper.
Tightly roll the wrap into itself, until the other end meets. Wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill for one hour, or until ready to serve.
Before serving, remove the plastic wrap.
With a bread knife, cut off the ends, then slice the rest into one inch pieces. Each wrap will make 6.
Arrange flat, then pinch the top and the two bottom edges to make a triangle.
Put a star food pick into two to make a tree.
Arrange on a platter to serve.
