Prep Time: 20 min
Bake Time: 15 min
Makes: 22 brownie cups
You will need
• 1 (16.3 oz.) box of brownie mix, plus ingredients from the back (water, oil, eggs)
• 22 Reese's miniature cups
• 40-50 pretzels, broken to create antlers
• 44 candy eyeballs
• 22 red or brown M&Ms
• Some brown/black cookie icing
To begin, prepare the brownie mix, according to box directions.
Add the batter to a 24 cup miniature muffin tin.
Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of one comes out clean.
After baking, allow the brownie bites to cool just a bit.
Then, press an unwrapped Reese's miniature into each brownie bite.
Carefully remove the brownie bites from the pan.
While still warm, press two pretzel antlers into each brownie/Reeses's cup.
Use the cookie icing to add two eyes and a red or brown nose to each one.
Allow them to cool completely before serving.
Tips and tricks! For very young children, try swapping the candy eyes/nose out with edible wafer decorations to make them non chokeable if needed.
