Here are our favourite mini holiday desserts for winter, for Christmas and the holidays! These would be so cute for Christmas parties, winter afternoon tea parties or as cute movie party snacks, featuring all the cute winter designs and flavours. 1. Santa hat cheesecake Oreo bites
These are super easy and quick to make for holiday parties and special occasions - try them at a festive afternoon tea party occasion and impress guests every time!
This recipe makes: 20 mini cheesecakes
Prep time: 10 minutes
You will need
• 20 golden Oreo cookies
• 24 ounces Philadelphia cheesecake filling
• 20 strawberries
• 20 mini marshmallows
To begin, arrange all the Oreo cookies on a flat surface.
Slice the top off each of the strawberries.
Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag and cut the tip off the bag. Pipe a dollop of filling on top of each cookie.
Press one strawberry on top of each cookie so that the point of the strawberry is facing up.
Pipe a small dot of cheesecake filling on top of each strawberry, then press a mini marshmallow on top.
Serve immediately.
