You will need
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup plain greek yogurt
• 1 (15.25 ounce) white cake mix
• 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
• 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips, divided
• 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips, divided
• 1 tablespoon Christmas sprinkles plus more for topping
To begin, preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Line 12 jumbo muffin tins with jumbo liners.
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, combine the eggs, oil, milk, water and vanilla.
Next, whip in the sour cream.
Using a spoon add the cake mix and dry pudding mix. Stir until well combined.
Stir in 1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup white chocolate chips and the sprinkles.
Fill the lined muffin tins and top with the remaining chocolate chips and more sprinkles.
