You will need
• 16 Oreo cookies (golden or regular)
• 1 cup white melting chocolate wafers
• 1 cup dark melting chocolate wafers
• ½ cup crushed peppermint
To begin, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Dip one Oreo about ¾ of the way into the white chocolate, twisting to coat all sides.
Place on the baking sheet and sprinkle with crushed peppermint. Repeat with another 7 Oreos, dipping each one in white chocolate and topping with peppermint.
Repeat the process with the dark chocolate and the remaining 8 Oreos.
Let the cookies sit at room temperature until the chocolate is set.
Tips and tricks! For faster setting, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes.
