Cook time: 20 mins

You will need
● 8-pack hot dogs
● 1 can crescent roll dough

● 8 wood skewers
● Small 1.5” star cookie cutter
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Pat the hot dogs dry with a paper towel—this helps the crescent dough stick better.
3. Unroll the crescent dough and pinch the seams together to form one solid sheet.
4. Cut the dough into 8 thin strips.
5. Wrap one strip around each hot dog, leaving the top end exposed for the cheese star.
6. Place the wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and puffed.
8. Allow the hot dogs to cool slightly, then insert a skewer into the bottom of each one.
9. Use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to cut stars from the sliced cheese.
10. Gently press a cheese star onto the top of each skewer to create the sparkler effect.

Yields: 12 servings
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
You will need
● 1lb ground beef
● 1 package onion soup mix
● ½ bag Tater tot crowns, prepared
● 12 slices pre-cut cheddar cheese
● 12 pieces green leaf lettuce
● 12 sliced cherry tomatoes
● 12 dill pickle slices
● 12 toothpicks or mini bamboo forks
1. Cook tater tots according to the package directions until crispy and golden. Set aside to
cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion soup mix until fully combined.
3. Place the meat
between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten evenly.
4. Remove the top sheet and
use a knife to score the beef into small squares, slightly wider than a tater tot. Gently
separate the pieces before cooking.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the mini patties until browned and cooked
through, flipping once.
6. Top each burger with a slice of pre-cut cheddar cheese and let it melt over the warm
patties.
7. Use a bamboo fork or toothpick to build each bite. Start with a tater tot as the base, then
layer on a pickle chip, a small piece of lettuce, a slice of tomato, and a cheesy burger
patty. Top with another tater tot to complete the stack.
8. Repeat with the remaining
ingredients and serve with your favorite condiments on the side.
3. Tater tots loaded cups
These cute loaded cups double as a tasty snack or impressive party appetizer and can be made in under 40 mins! You can load them with sour cream, bacon and chives or your favourite toppings to suit every occasion. They are quick and easy, yet extremely moreish and will have guests craving more!
Yields: 12 servings
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
You will need
● 60 Tater Tots, frozen (this is approx ¾ of a 32oz bag)
● ¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
● ⅓ cup sour cream
● ½ cup bacon, crumbled
● ¼ cup scallions, sliced
● 12-cup muffin pan
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Add 5 frozen tater tots to each muffin cup, dividing them evenly between the 12 cups.
2. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove the pan from the oven.
3. Use a small tool to press the tots into a cup shape — we used a toothpick holder, but a
small glass like a shot glass works just as well. Press gently and give a slight twist to
help form the base. Repeat for all cups.
4. Return the pan to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes, until the edges are golden
and crispy.
5. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese into the center of each tater tot cup.
6. Bake for 3-5 more minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted.
7. Remove the pan from the oven and let the cups rest for a few minutes to set. Then,
gently run a small knife or fork around the edges to loosen and lift them out.
8. Transfer the Tater Tot cups to a serving platter and top each with a small dollop of sour
cream, a sprinkle of bacon crumbles, and a few thinly sliced scallions. Enjoy!
