1. Melon proscuitto 'bow' bites
These elegant bow shape appetizers are the perfect stylish option for guests! These would also work well for a baby shower brunch and you will only need 2 ingredients (plus mini skewers!). These are so simple and stylish and make a great party snack for your event!
You will need
• 1 ripe cantaloupe
• 12 slices thinly sliced prosciutto
• Some skewers or cocktail sticks
Prepare the Cantaloupe: Cut the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds.
Using a melon baller, scoop out round balls of cantaloupe. Ensure the balls are uniform in size for a pleasing presentation.
Slice the Prosciutto: Cut the prosciutto slices in half. Then take a strip of prosciutto and fold it accordion-style, creating a bow-like pattern. This folding technique adds texture and visual appeal to the appetizer.
Assemble the Bites: Skewer a cantaloupe ball with a skewer, then carefully thread the folded prosciutto onto the skewer, placing it next to the cantaloupe. The prosciutto should sit nicely against the cantaloupe ball, showcasing the bow pattern.
Presentation: Arrange the skewers on a platter. You can stand them up by sticking the skewers into a half cantaloupe base or lay them down elegantly on a serving tray.
Serving Suggestion: These bites are best served chilled. You can refrigerate them for about 30 minutes before serving to enhance their flavour and freshness.

3. Pink cookie cups
These look so delightful but are so easy to make too - the cutest mini desserts for a girl baby shower!
To make these, you will need
• A mini muffin tray (about 24 cavities)
• 16 oz ready to bake cookie dough (any kind!)
• 2/3 cup any frosting
• A pinch of edible glitter (optional)
First, to prepare, preheat the oven to 350'F and if you have any, spray your baking tray with nonstick cooking spray. This step is optional but will help your cookie cups come out extra easily!
Then grab your cookie dough and break off a piece to fill each cavity in the tray. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
Once baked, use the back of a wooden spoon or muddler or similar tool to gently press down in the centre of each cookie, creating an indentation for the icing to go. We used the other side of a spatula tool, but even a small spoon will do! This will create a pocket for the frosting to sit and turn them into cookie cups.
Next, transfer the pan to the fridge and let the cups chill for 20 mins or so. After this, they should be firmer and easier to remove from the tray. We used the end of a fork to gently release each out from the pan.
Next, grab your frosting and use a piping bag or a small spoon to fill each cup with a generous amount.
