Serves- 8 Prep time- 5 minutes Cook time- 5 minutes Total time- 10 minutes

You will need
• 8 cups of rice chex mix (divided)
• 1 cup of vanilla almond bark
• 1 cup of pink strawberry candy melts
• 2/3 cup of powdered sugar (divided)
• 1 oz of freeze dried strawberries
• 1 cup of white chocolate chips
• 20 vanilla Oreos (broken into chunks)
1. Open up two gallon sized zip lock bags. Add 4 cups of rice chex mix into one and 4 cups into the other.

First we will work on the white chex pieces. Melt the almond bark in a microwave safe bowl. Pour the correct amount into one bag. Zip up and shake around to coat all the cereal. Then add 1/3 cup of powdered sugar to the coated cereal and zip up and shake again to coat the almond bark.

2. Now we will work on the pink chex pieces! In another microwave safe bowl add the strawberry candy melts and melt. Add to the other bag of cereal, zip up and shake to coat everything. Add 1/3 cup of powdered sugar to it and then zip back up and shake.

3. In a large bowl add both bags of the chocolate coated cereal and add the dried strawberries, white chocolate chips and Oreos. Mix very carefully. Serve and enjoy!

Tips and tricks!
Store in an airtight container on the counter for 3-4 days.

You may need to add the tiniest bit of vegetable oil to the strawberry candy melts. Just stir and melt - once it’s all melted, if it seems thick, add a little bit of oil.

You can make the Oreo chunks as big or small as you’d like.
