How to make Pumpkin Spice Cookie Dough Dip

This Pumpkin Spice Cookie Dough Dip is rich, creamy, and tastes just like edible pumpkin spice cookie dough! Made with cream cheese, pumpkin, warm fall spices, and chocolate chips, it's the perfect no-bake dessert for fall parties, Thanksgiving, or cozy movie nights.

Serve it with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, apple slices, pretzels, or ginger snaps for the ultimate fall treat.

Pumpkin Spice Cookie Dough Dip serves: 6

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 0 minutes

Total time: 10 minutes

You will need

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened

• 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened

• 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree

• 1/2 cup brown sugar

• 1/4 cup powdered sugar

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

• 1/2 tsp cinnamon

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1 cup heat-treated all-purpose flour

(To heat-treat the flour, place it in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat until the flour reaches 165°F, which usually takes about 1 1/2–2 minutes)

• 3/4 cup white chocolate chips

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.

Add the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until fully combined.

2. Add the heat-treated flour and mix until a thick, cookie dough-like consistency forms.

Fold in the chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor and texture.

3. Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and a few extra chocolate chips. Serve chilled with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, apple slices, pretzels, or ginger snaps.

Tips and tricks!

• Make sure the flour is heat-treated before adding it to the dip. Microwave it in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until it reaches 165°F.

• For a stronger pumpkin spice flavor, add an extra 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.

Variations: Serve with different dippers such as graham crackers, vanilla wafers, apple slices, pretzels, or ginger snaps.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2–3 days. You can also chill the dip overnight for an even richer flavor the next day.
