They are also super easy to make and no bake too, plus make with just four ingredients.
You will need
• Rainbow Sour Belts
• White Candy Melts
• Mini Marshmallows
• Gold Confetti Sprinkles
Extra tools:
• Microwaveable bowl
• Spoon
• Cookie Sheet
• Parchment Paper
• Kitchen Sheers
1. To begin, cover your cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt 1/2 c candy melts in the microwave in 15 second intervals decreasing the time
between each warming and stirring in between.
3. Pour the melted white chocolate into a sandwich size ziplock bag.
When filled, cut a little piece of the
side to squeeze the chocolate out.
4. Working one at a time, draw a small cloud on the cookie sheet covered parchment paper. Fill in the cloud once it have been outlined.
5. Working quickly, cut and stand a rainbow sour belt to fit the cloud you made.
You want the
chocolate to still be wet.
6. Set 2 mini marshmallows on each side of the rainbow to help hold the rainbow in place.
7. Finish off with some gold coins on the white chocolate cloud.
Then repeat by making more clouds and decorating them in the same way.
8. Let cool completely then carefully remove the cloud and store in an airtight container.
Tips and tricks! If the chocolate seizes up. Just add a little bit of oil stirring in between. That should bring
the chocolate back to the right consistency.
Between clouds, you could nestle the ziplock bag within the microwaveable dish/bowl and pop it in the closed microwave (off) so it stays melted for longer.
If your chocolate gets too hard, empty the ziplock bag back into the bowl and reheat in the
microwave.
If the chocolate dries before you get everything finished just add a little more warm
chocolate on top. Then try again to add your candies. If your cloud breaks upon removal
just add a little more chocolate to make the base thicker.
If you know what size clouds you want to make, you can cut the rainbows ahead of time.
