This delicious apple and cinnamon roll bake brings together two of our favourite cozy flavours in this layered breakfast meets dessert sweet casserole.
Apple pie filling is layered with gooey cinnamon rolls, for comforting yet decadent layers of festive flavour. This is incredibly easy to make, with just two ingredients needed - plus optional glaze to drizzle on top - just layer them together, bake and dig in!
This would be perfect to enjoy as an indulgent and comforting fall movie night dessert, sweet breakfast or brunch option, or even an easy potluck dessert for a crowd, for any occasion.

You will need
• 2 cans of cinnamon rolls
• 2 cans of apple pie filling
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
2. Unwrap the first can of cinnamon rolls, set aside the icing, and cut each roll in half.
Place the pieces evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
3. Spoon one can of apple pie filling over the cinnamon roll pieces in the dish.
Cut the second can of cinnamon rolls in half and layer them over the apples.
Top with the second can of apple pie filling.
4. Use a spatula or spoon to gently stir everything together right in the baking dish, just enough to combine the layers without overmixing.
5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cinnamon rolls are baked through.
6. Remove from the oven and drizzle the reserved icing over the top while warm.
