This bubble up pizza bake is super easy to make and is always a favourite! This would be perfect to serve at any event and calls for only four ingredients. It's called Bubble Up because the biscuit dough puffs as it bakes, creating golden, fluffy layers under the gooey cheese and sauce. Just layer, bake and dig in!

You will need
● 2 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
● 1 14-oz jar of pizza sauce
● 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
● 1 cup pepperoni

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. Pop open both cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters using kitchen shears.
3. Arrange the biscuit pieces evenly across the bottom of the baking dish, keeping them in
a single layer.
4. Spoon the pizza sauce over the biscuit pieces, spreading it out evenly.
5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top
Then add pepperoni slices.
6. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed up, cooked through, and
the cheese is golden and bubbly. Check the center of the dish to make sure the dough is
fully cooked.
7. Let cool and then slice up and serve!

You will need
• 1 medium zucchini
• ⅓ cup pizza sauce
• ⅔ cup mozzarella cheese
• 10 pepperoni, quartered
• ½ tsp italian seasoning
First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the zucchini into 20 “coins”
Then arrange on the baking sheet.
Slice each pepperoni piece into 4 sections.
Top each zucchini coin with pizza sauce, then mozzarella. Sprinkle italian seasoning, then top each with 2 pieces of cut pepperoni.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

You will need
• ½ lb ground beef
• 2 tbsp bread crumbs
• 1 tsp hamburger seasoning
• ½ tsp garlic
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper
• 4 slices cheddar cheese, quartered
• 16 small pieces lettuce
• 16 pickles
• 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
• Toothpicks
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the ingredients.
In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, hamburger seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper.
Form the mixture into 16 balls. Arrange balls on a baking sheet, press down slightly to flatten them a bit, and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven
Top each with a slice of cheese
Then top each with a piece of lettuce and pickle slice
Then top each with a half cherry tomato.
Insert a toothpick into the center of each to serve.

You will need
• ½ loaf baguette bread
• 24 - 1 inch pieces of lettuce (about ¼ of a head of lettuce)
• 8 slices of bacon
• 12 cherry tomatoes
• Toothpicks or cocktail sticks
• A medium or large skillet
Cut the lettuce into 1 inch pieces, and slice the tomatoes in half.
Slice the baguette into 24 thin slices
Cut the bacon into thirds, then add to a medium or large skillet and cook over medium low heat until slightly crispy. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate to absorb the grease.
Arrange the baguette slices on a parchment lined tray or baking sheet. Top each slice with lettuce, then bacon, then tomato.
Stick a toothpick through the center to hold it all together.
