Pillowy soft marshmallows and fluffy angel food cake pieces come together with strawberries and vanilla pudding - this is a must try to make for a summer garden party, birthday party or baby shower - plus is the perfect fluff dip for a sleepover or slumber party!

This Strawberry Shortcake Fluff is so light, creamy and just the perfect amount of sweetness! This dessert is so extremely easy to make and absolutely delicious! Each bite is just bursting with flavours of strawberries, vanilla pudding, angel food cake and more.

Strawberry Shortcake Fluff Serves- 8 Prep time- 5 minutes Cook time- 0 minutes Total time- 5 minutes

You will need
• 1 cup of milk
• 3.4 oz box of vanilla pudding mix
• 8 oz container of whipped topping (thawed)
• 1 lb of fresh strawberries (sliced)
• 1 cup of mini marshmallows
• 2 cups of angel food cake (diced into cubes)
• 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers
• Graham crackers for dipping

1. To begin, in a large bowl add the milk and pudding, mix together. Wait 2 minutes for it to thicken some.

2. Add in the whipped topping and gently fold with a silicone spoon until completely mixed together with the pudding.

3. Add most the strawberries and mini marshmallows (spare a few strawberry halves to decorate afterwards) and gently fold once again until completely mixed together.

4. Add most of the cubed angel food cake (spare a few pieces to decorate afterwards) and fold again to mix.

5. Then fold them in gently, taking care not to overmix.

6. Pop it in to your serving plate or dish, then decorate by adding any remaining pieces of strawberries and angel cake cubes.

7. Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers all over top. You can serve immediately with graham crackers to scoop or you can place in the fridge until ready to serve!

Tips and tricks! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. You can save extra sliced strawberries and angel food cake cubes for topping at the end to make it prettier. Never stir this after making the pudding, it will flatten it and not make it so fluffy, only fold.

 We hope you enjoy!

Servings: 12 Prep time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes at 325 degrees Down time: 10 minutes

You will need
• Cooking spray or butter and pastry brush
• 5 sheets of phyllo dough
• ½ pound strawberries
• 1 tbsp sugar
• Whipped cream

First preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease a mini muffin pan. Arrange a phyllo dough sheet on a large cutting board and lightly spray with cooking spray or use butter and a pastry brush. Layer another sheet of phyllo dough on top of that, and repeat these steps until you have 5 layers.

Using a pizza cutter, cut in 12 squares (see process image) Arrange a square into each of 12 cavities of the muffin pan, gently pushing it to the bottom and against the sides.

Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 10 minutes, then remove and allow to cool.

While the phyllo dough is baking, cut the strawberries into very small chunks, and add them to a bowl. Sprinkle sugar over the strawberries and stir to combine. Chill in the refrigerator until the phyllo dough cups and cool.

Remove the phyllo cups from the muffin pan, and fill with the strawberry mixture.

Top with whipped cream when ready to serve.
