These s'mores pretzel rods are the cutest s'mores themed mini dessert option that would be perfect for a camping themed birthday party or baby shower, or make cute sweet snacks for a s'mores bar or cozy celebration. They are super easy and quick to make and are no bake too!

You will need
• 10 to 12 jumbo pretzel rods
• 10 oz melting milk chocolate
• 1 cup crushed graham crackers
• 1 cup mini marshmallows
• Optional: flaky salt
To begin, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the pretzel rods.
Melt about ¾ of the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate onto a separate sheet of parchment paper. Working one at a time, roll each pretzel rod in the melted chocolate to coat.
Immediately sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and gently press mini marshmallows onto the chocolate.
Place the coated pretzel rods back on the baking sheet and let them harden at room temperature.
Once the rods are set, melt the remaining chocolate and drizzle over the top. Let chocolate harden completely before serving.
Tips and tricks! Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows for a classic s’mores flavor.
You could try a light sprinkle of flaky salt to finish!
