Although this dish is a little bit of a wildcard when it comes to our conventional fall flavours, this cosy, comforting, easy bake offers a fresh twist and a little novelty to your party table - perfect to serve for Friendsgiving and cosy party get togethers.
Frozen dumplings are baked in a sweet and savory mix of soy sauce, garlic, red curry paste, sesame oil, and coconut milk until tender and golden. Finished with a sprinkle of green onions and sesame seeds for that perfect bite every time.

You will need
• 1 14 oz can of coconut milk
• 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
• 4 tbsp of soy sauce
• 4 tbsp of Thai red curry paste
• 2 tbsp of sesame oil
• 3 cups of chopped bok choy
• 15-18 frozen dumplings (or until the baking dish is full)
• Sesame seeds for topping
• Scallions for topping
1. Preheat the oven to 400°. Add the coconut milk, garlic, soy sauce, curry paste and sesame oil to a 9x13 baking dish
Stir until completely mixed together.
2. Add the chopped bok choy and lightly stir to mix.
Line the dumplings until you have no more room. (Pinch side up.)
Using a baster, dip in the sauce on the bottom of the pan and baste each dumpling so the sauce is on top of them.
3. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Half way through, push them on their sides so they get a golden color.
4. Once done sprinkle sesame seeds on top and chopped scallions. Serve and enjoy!
Tips and tricks!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
Don’t like bok choy? Use spinach or cabbage instead.
You can drizzle red chili oil all over top of the dumplings once done as well.

Thin sliced beef, melty provolone, sauteed peppers and onions are packed into soft, buttery slider rolls for these hearty Philly Cheesesteak inspired sliders. You will need
● 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
● 14oz shaved beef steak
● 8 slices of provolone cheese
● 1 green pepper, sliced into thin strips
● 1 yellow onion, sliced into thin strips
● 1 Tablespoon olive oil
● 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
● 1 teaspoon salt
● 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
● 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
● 4 tablespoons butter, melted
● 1 Tablespoon onion soup mix
● Chopped parsley, optional for garnish
1. To begin, preheat your oven to 400°F.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add in the sliced onions and
green peppers. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are soft and slightly
caramelized.
3. Add the shaved steak to the pan along with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt,
and pepper.
Break the meat apart with two forks as it cooks to keep it from clumping.
Cook until no longer pink, then remove from heat.
4. Slice the sweet rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls attached as a sheet. Place the bottom half on a baking sheet.
5. Evenly spread the steak and veggie mixture over the bottom buns.
Lay provolone
cheese slices over the top of the steak. Then place the top half of the buns back on.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and dry onion soup mix.
Brush this
mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
7. Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
